Festeja Rump Cap baked in black beer

How to Prepare

1. Make a few holes in the rump cap with a knife so that the seasoning penetrates the meat;
2. Season the meat with the garlic, onion, salt, and pepper to taste;
3. Pour the black beer and marinate it for 12 hours;
4. Place the meat in a baking dish with a little oil and cover it with aluminum foil;
5. Bake for 40 minutes;
6. Remove the foil, turn the meat over, and bake for another 30 minutes.
